Returns Policy

We return or exchange for Vibrators only ( DEFECTIVE ), please order carefully.

This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STD’s. Pandorry makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. 


Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.


These items include (but are NOT limited to):

  • ANY dildo or vibrator.
  • ANY condoms
  • ANY enema kits.
  • ANY sound set.
  • ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.
  • ANY item that is inserted into the penis, vagina or anus.
  • ANY gag/dildo combination.
  • ANY mouth gag.
  • ANY chastity device.
  • ANY cock ring.
  • ANY Male masturbation device.
  1. All products are warranted by us for 14 days from the invoice date ( Unless stated for 1 year warranty products ). If any product is found DEFECTIVE within that 14 days period, please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item only.
  2. We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 14 days from the invoice date.
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges; for defective items, PANDORRY will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer only.
  4. The customer may be charged a return services fee of $10.00 per order when an order is returned due to a bad address; this fee does not include shipping charges to reship the order to a corrected address. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
